We are so thrilled to be providing NEW Communication Bundles for you each month! These resources are primarily intended for use on Project Broadcast or another form of text marketing. We will provide Project Broadcast bundle codes for each resource and also a google drive link to the graphics and written copy for you to use on other platforms if you'd like.
This communication bundle is the: April Weekly Customer Education Communication Bundle!
Please PLEASE read these details in their entirety before using or sending these texts to your customers.
SPECIAL NOTE - HOW TO ADD YOUR PERSONALIZED NEWSLETTER LINK - The first message for the month is meant to have a link to the monthly newsletter so your customers can read all about everything that's going on. We know that many of you would like to schedule your PB or text campaigns before the 1st of the month. That isn't possible to do with the monthly drop resource that goes live in the app on the 1st of the month BUT did you know that you have a personal newsletter link that always stays the same but on the first of each month it changes to the new month's newsletter?! So, in the first message of the month simply add your lifesteps website URL and add newsletter. Like this: courtneycritz.lifestepseo.com/newsletter. For most of you your website is going to be yourname.lifestepseo.com, but some people opted to use their business name so please be sure to go to your LifeSteps app, click on the three lines in the upper left hand corner, then click on the “mywebsite” option to double check your website URL, then just add /newsletter to it and you're good to go and can schedule the campaigns as early as you'd like!

This weekly customer education campaign is set up to be delivered on certain days at a certain time. The first text is scheduled to go out on the 1st of the month to share the month's newsletter with your customers. Then every Monday in the month a text will go out containing either some product education, challenge reminders, or simply fun and engaging questions to prompt conversations with customers.

My recommendation is to ask your customers permission before adding them to this campaign, in whatever way you normally communicate with them. Some will want them and some will not and that's completely fine! We want to be sure these texts go to those who want them and not to those who don't. You could also ask your followers on social media if they're interested in being added. But don't add anyone to the campaign without their permission.
Before using the campaign please read these instructions:
- Download the bundle to your project broadcast
- THIS IS VERY VERY IMPORTANT! Go into EACH individual text message and read it and make any personalizations you want to! There is also a place to add a link from the app in several texts for this campaign, whether for a product highlight or otherwise. Please get these links from your own app and edit the text before scheduling or sending.
- Do NOT add contacts to your campaign until the texts are edited. THEN you can add your contacts to the campaign!
